The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions. References to "et680", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the et680 platform and its operating entity. References to "you", "your", or "the Player" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the et680 platform in any capacity.

Any term not explicitly defined in this section shall be interpreted according to its ordinary meaning in the context of online gaming and financial services in Bangladesh.

To be eligible to open and maintain an et680 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for so long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You are accessing et680 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an et680 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of any employee of et680 or its affiliated game providers.
• You are registering with accurate, current, and complete personal information — including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the et680 platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact et680 support immediately at [email protected].

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. et680 relies on registration information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and payment processing. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withholding of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

By maintaining a registered account on et680, you accept the following ongoing obligations. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the security of all players, and the fairness of the gaming environment.

Security of Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your et680 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. et680 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use — regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify et680 support immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Verification (KYC)

et680 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Responsible Use

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your et680 balance upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. et680 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name — depositing on behalf of another person or using a payment method belonging to a third party is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your et680 account and verified as belonging to you. et680 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The majority of withdrawals are completed within 5 to 15 minutes following approval; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. et680 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your et680 account dashboard at the time of transaction. et680 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits will be subject to those self-imposed limits in addition to any platform-level limits.

Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify et680 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be investigated. et680 will review all disputed transaction claims in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

et680 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time it is presented.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money balance funds, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible contributing games will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• et680 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player is exploiting a promotional offer or acting in bad faith.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not withdrawn before expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• et680 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time, subject to players retaining their ability to complete wagering requirements already in progress at the time of any such change.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

et680 may run time-limited promotions tied to sporting events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments, as well as cultural occasions in Bangladesh including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus conditions above, plus any additional event-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Participation in event promotions does not confer any right to continued promotions of the same type in the future.

All games available on the et680 platform are operated by certified third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the specific rules presented within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency, except where the game-level rules specify a material term such as RTP, minimum/maximum bet, or jackpot payout structure — in which case the game-level rules shall apply for that specific term.

Random Number Generators

All non-live casino games on et680 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness and statistical randomness. et680 does not intervene in or modify the outcome of any game. The results of each game round are determined solely by the certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the relevant game action (card deal, roulette spin, dice roll, etc.).

Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or software error that affects a game in progress, et680 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account balance. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win — including a displayed jackpot amount that was not the result of a valid game outcome — et680 is not obligated to honour that erroneous result. All malfunction decisions are final and will be communicated to the player via account notification or support email.

Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and other sports betting markets offered through et680 are subject to specific market rules governing void bets, postponed events, abandoned matches, and in-play betting integrity. Where a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL organiser, etc.), et680 will void all affected bets and return stakes to players' account balances unless the specific market rules state otherwise. Live in-play bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined — due to data feed delay or other technical issue — will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the et680 platform. This list is not exhaustive — et680 reserves the right to take action against any conduct it reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players, even where that conduct is not explicitly listed below.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, registering multiple accounts, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using et680 accounts or transactions for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. et680 applies AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring to all accounts and transactions and will report suspicious activity where required by law.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, arbitrage strategies, or any pattern of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with et680 games or the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on et680. Where a chargeback is filed fraudulently, et680 will pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain access to the et680 platform's administrative systems, other players' accounts, or its underlying technical infrastructure through any means.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your et680 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, et680 will confirm your identity and ensure all pending transactions are resolved. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their gambling activity for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or access game content. Reactivation before the end of a self-exclusion period is not permitted except in the case of permanent self-exclusion, which may be reviewed after a minimum of 12 months upon written request to [email protected].

Suspension and Closure by et680

et680 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a player has breached these Terms and Conditions; et680 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; a player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or a regulatory or legal obligation requires et680 to restrict access. Where an account is suspended or closed by et680 due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, et680 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the account closure is not the result of player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an et680 account — whether initiated by the player or by et680 — all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Access to game history and transaction records will no longer be available through the platform interface. If you require copies of your transaction or gaming history for legal or tax purposes, you must request these before submitting your account closure request, as et680 cannot guarantee retrieval of historical data after an account has been permanently closed.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. et680 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the et680 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
